The famous Edelweiss Cooking school visits Salon Schräg!!!
In our cooking lessons you will be given the opportunity to cook on your own while being carefully guided by our experienced chef Johann Bauer. You will acquire a wealth of culinary knowledge in an extremely fun and relaxed environment. Alongside the lessons you will learn some of the most interesting facts pertaining to the history of famous Austrian delicacies. Our guests will attain an acute insight into the history of Austrian Cuisine. The maximum group size of 15 people per lesson will guarantee a high quality experience for every individual participant. In addition to the Apple Strudel program, participants have the chance to make one of the most famous and spectacular desserts in Salzburg – the Salzburger Nockerl. In order not to spoil the surprise, we can only tell you this much – it will be a lot of fun.
