Come join Carl, a charming Viennese man willing to share his expertise and answer your questions regarding Viennese culture over a drink at Cafe Leopold.
Carl has given talks to expats to help them understand more on Viennese culture.
During this relaxed evening, Carl will answer questions like:

-The interesting history of the Ringstrasse
-Why the Opera Ball is held on Thursdays
-Insider info on World War 2 in Vienna

Carl’s biography, according to him:
Born 1970 Vienna into a scientist family (father university full professor)
-> travelled the world with my parents (and brother) because of my fathers researches and field studies …
– therefore missed some school, but learned a lot from living and working on this trips
– learned even more by listening to my fathers and his colleges explanations …
working part time (mainly in IT) sine 1985
graduates school in 1990
worked more 🙂 and started studying electrical engineering and technical computer science at TU-Wien
met my wife at university
son born 1998
founded my (first) company in 1995 – still running it 🙂 http://acw.at/
compulsory civilian service (Zivildienst) 1998/99
graduated Master from TU in 1999
still working 🙂
